William Snyder is Tammy's step-father from her mothers second marriage. He was a great man. Bill fought for the U.S. in the Korean war were he and the crew aboard his plane were shot up. Bill survived of course and lived a long and happy life. We here at the Salon wanted to share a part of his life with you, for which we are so proud and grateful.
Thank you Bill. Rest in peace.
On this Day in History: 1938 Irving Berlin‘s “God Bless America” is performed for the first time by singer Kate Smith.
